Talk about a wedding to remember! Jenn and Jorge had their wedding at Firefly Gardens in Midlothian, Texas. It also just happened to be a day full of thunderstorm warnings and tornado watches. Although it wasn’t the day that they had envisioned — it was a perfect celebration of their love for each other.
My favorite part of their day was getting to love on their adorable pups and their epic first dance surrounded by “clouds”. It was truly a joy and honor to be there to help these two celebrate this new chapter of their lives.
I first met this couple at their engagement session in Downtown Dallas. It was fun getting to know them and I have to say…I’ve never done a session with scream masks but they pulled it off and it was fun seeing their personalities shine through!
Here are some of my favorite images from their rainy wedding at Firefly Gardens!

What was your Wedding Planning Experience like How did you feel, how did you handle any stress? Was it easier or more difficult than you first thought?
Wedding planning experience has gone pretty smooth what limited stressors. We had a year and a half to plan and really hit the ground running so these last few months have been pretty chill. When we get stressed we would take time to read together or catch a movie. Planning a wedding was definitely more difficult then I thought. This is the first big event either of us had ever planned but we worked together and split up the research to make it easier.
