Alex & Alex’s Fall Wedding at Dallas Arboretum turned out to be the perfect Autumn day. Perfect weather, lots of smiles and surrounded by so much love….what more could you ask for?

I first met The Alex duo at their engagement session at White Rock Lake. It was also the first time I met their adorable pup Tucker!!! He is such a good boy and a better picture taker than my children. LOL I was so happy to hear that he would be part of the wedding day as well. It was so cute because at their “I do’s” Tucker barked as if to say ” I do too” It was such a cool moment.

From the Bride

What was your Wedding Planning Experience like How did you feel, how did you handle any stress? Was it easier or more difficult than you first thought?

Wedding planning wasn’t my favorite thing, but it was fun. My least favorite part was thinking of all the details, but I had a great planner who helped me along the way. Once I booked all my vendors, it was a lot of hurry up and wait. Then 4 months out I started focusing on the little things and did a little bit every week. I loved crossing things off the ever growing list!

Advice to Brides who are currently planning their Weddings

Be intentional with your choices. Every guest who was invited meant a lot to us. We had a small wedding party and my dad officiated. All of the details we included and vendors we booked were for a reason. They spoke to us as a couple and the vibe we wanted on our wedding day.
