Macie and John’s wedding at Chapel Ana Villa was an absolute dream! Romantic. Champagne gowns. Pops of Blush. Timeless. Everything I love to see in a wedding and more! Chapel Ana Villa is a Spanish inspired wedding venue located in the Colony, Texas. It has the feel of a destination wedding all while being close to home.
My favorite moment from their wedding day was the toasts from their closest friends. The maid of honor talked about Macie’s kindness and patience with others and how they became fast friends in Law School. ( I have to say, in the short amount of time I have known Macie – I noticed these same attributes. ) Then the Best Man spoke of how he met John in youth group and they continued their friendship over the course of many years and seasons of their life – playing guitar in youth group, working at Chic-fil-a and their college adventures. It is obvious that these two have huge hearts and are loved dearly by their friends and family.
Macie and John, thanks for choosing me to capture your day. I had a blast getting to know you at your Arboretum engagement session. You guys are so sweet and I can’t wait to see all the joy that this new chapter in your life brings. Enjoy your time in Hawaii!

Advice from the couple
What was your Wedding Planning Experience like How did you feel, how did you handle any stress? Was it easier or more difficult than you first thought?
Feeling stressed! We have busy jobs and it took us awhile to book all our vendors and get logistics down.
Advice to Brides who are currently planning their Weddings.
Don’t procrastinate! 🙂 (I have to agree, the sooner you can get started the better!)
