Okay stopppp because Meghan and Hayden’s February wedding at The Hillside Estate was the kind of day that makes you forget it’s technically still winter. 🤍✨
Yes, it was February.
Yes, it was warm.
And yes… the wind had thoughts.
But honestly? The movement it gave Meghan’s veil? The drama. The romance. It was magical. Here is some of my favorite images from their winter Wedding at The Hillside Estate.

The Sweetest First Look
Meghan and Hayden chose to do a first look (which I will forever cheer for), and it was one of those calm, grounding moments in the middle of a joy-filled day.
When Hayden turned around and saw his bride… he had the sweetest smile. The kind where you can physically see someone thinking, “That’s my person.”
Because they chose a first look, we were able to capture so many portraits before the ceremony — which meant after they said “I do,” they actually got to attend their own cocktail hour. 10/10 decision.

Patio Cocktail Hour + Jazz = Actual Perfection
Cocktail hour was held on the back patio overlooking the hills, and it felt like something straight out of a movie. Guests sipped on signature drinks, enjoyed the tastiest little appetizers, and mingled while a live jazz trio played in the background.
There is just something about live jazz floating through warm February air that feels effortlessly classy. It set the tone for the entire evening — elevated, joyful, and completely centered around experience.
Meanwhile, Meghan and Hayden got to soak it all in. Hugging friends. Clinking glasses. Actually tasting the appetizers they chose (another win for first looks everywhere).

Reception Energy: Live Band & Dance Floor Magic
When I tell you the reception energy shifted in the best way the second the live band started playing… I mean it. The dance floor stayed packed. Parents were dancing. Friends were spinning. Meghan’s dress was twirling. It was everything you want in a celebration.
There’s something about live music at a wedding that just hits differently. It feels immersive. Electric. Personal.
And just when guests thought it couldn’t get better?
Honey. Butter. Chicken. Biscuits.
As a late-night snack.
I repeat: honey butter chicken biscuits.

Private Last Dance
Before their grand exit, the couple shared a private last dance — just the two of them in the reception space after guests stepped outside to line up for sparklers.
These moments are always some of my favorites to photograph. The way the noise fades and it’s just the two of them swaying in the space where all their favorite people just celebrated them.

The Sparkler Send-Off
And then — because this day truly had everything — they ended the night with a sparkling exit under a tunnel of glowing sparklers and cheering guests.
Meghan and Hayden, your wedding was the sweetest blend of elegance and fun. Thank you for letting me be apart of it.
