Wedding at the Alex Camp House | Niki and Sean

Ohhh friends, buckle up because Niki and Sean’s wedding at the Alex Camp House at the Dallas Arboretum was a total dreamboat of a day—like something out of a movie, only better because it was real and it was theirs! 🌸💫

The day kicked off at the Hotel Crescent Court, where Niki got ready with her mom and her best girls. The vibe was so relaxed and joyful—it honestly felt like a little spa morning with champagne and giggles. And guess what? We were ahead of schedule (cue the confetti!!), which meant plenty of time to breathe, be present, and snag some stunning portraits of Niki and her girls before heading to the venue.

When we arrived at the Dallas Arboretum, the sun was shining, the breeze was soft, and everything felt so peaceful. Their ceremony took place outdoors with the most picturesque garden views, and the reception? Oh my stars. A clear tent overlooking White Rock Lake, filled to the brim with gorgeous florals, a custom black and white checkered dance floor, and the dreamiest glow as the sun set. ✨ It was elegant, timeless, and oh-so-magical.

Let’s give a huge shoutout to Brittany with Blissful Weddings—she brought Niki’s vision to life flawlessly. Every detail felt intentional, personal, and beautiful. From the romantic tablescapes to the perfect flow of the day, it was wedding day bliss from start to finish.

Cocktail hour was truly one for the books! While we snuck away for a few just-married portraits, guests made their way to the Secret Garden—yes, it’s as magical as it sounds! Surrounded by tall trees and lush greenery, everyone mingled in style (seriously, the guests were dressed to the nines). With signature cocktails in hand, they sipped and snacked on the most delicious appetizers—think savory crab cakes, crispy chicken parmesan balls, and flavorful bruschetta that disappeared fast. The entire space buzzed with excitement and elegance, setting the tone for the incredible evening ahead. 🍸🌿✨

Now let’s talk about the partyyy—because Grooveline brought the HOUSE DOWN. I am such a fan when couples go the live band route, and this crew did not disappoint. The dance floor was packed all night long with twirls, dips, and some of the best moves I’ve seen in a while (you know who you are 👀).

As the night came to a close, Niki and Sean shared their final dance under the stars, surrounded by laughter, love, and glowing string lights. Then they hopped into a vintage getaway car, waving through the sunroof as their guests cheered them on. Truly the perfect ending to the most magical day. 🚘💨

Niki and Sean, your wedding was equal parts romantic and FUN, and I’m so honored I got to witness every sweet second. Wishing you a lifetime of love, laughter, and late-night dancing under the stars. 💕 Enjoy some of my favorites from your wedding at the Alex Camp House.
