I had such a blast at Paige and Logan’s Uptown Engagement session! They were so cute and I loved meeting Paige’s family. We met up at her Dad’s renovated home in Uptown Dallas. It was stylish, modern and the perfect spot for this couple’s first engagement session. Yes, I get to see them AGAIN. I am so pumped!!!

I first met Paige because she was a bridesmaid in a wedding I did earlier this year. It was such a fun group so I am excited to see some familiar faces!

They will be tying the knot next year at Hotel Crescent Court. Just based on this session, I know it is going to be gorgeous!

About the Couple

How did you two meet?

We met in high school through mutual friends and over time we became close friends. After being best friends for about a year, Logan asked me to be his girlfriend when we were both 17 years old!

What was it about your significant other that first attracted you to them?

Logan: Paige has the biggest heart. She has always been willing to help out others and she has never missed an opportunity to do so.

Paige: The first thing that attracted me to Logan was his sense of humor, I thought he was very funny and anytime we were together we were usually laughing! His personality was one I immediately gravitated towards and wanted to be around as much as I could be!

Tell us your engagement story!

Logan and I were days away from closing on our first home together. Logan told me that we were going to the house to take some measurements of the rooms in order to start picking out new furniture. We were also wanting to get some pictures with our sold sign in front of the new house!

When we walked into the house I was eager to run around and see what changes had been made to the house, but Logan was eager to get me into the living room where I was shocked to see all of our family members! I was the most surprised to see my two sisters who do not live in Texas who made the trip specifically for this surprise! Logan and my family had decorated our soon to be living room with beautiful flowers and a backdrop of the Disney World Castle! It was an amazing surprise and the best day spent with all of our family members!!

What has you most excited when you think about your wedding day?

Logan: I have always wanted to create a family with Paige and to be able to call her a wife is a dream come true. I am just excited for all of our family to be in the same place for the weekend because for the most part we are all pretty spread out and I know that will be the most special thing about our day.

Paige: The part of our wedding day that has me most excited is being able to do what we have been talking about and fantasizing about since we were 17 years old! It feels very surreal that after that day I will get to call Logan my husband! I am also so excited to spend this very special day with all of the people that mean the most to us!
