Oh, what a magical day Julie and Eric’s wedding was! From the moment I arrived at Marie Gabrielle, the anticipation was thick in the air, thanks to those ominous clouds that seemed determined to make their presence known. But I have to tell you, this was one of those “meant-to-be” days, because—by some miracle—not a single drop of rain fell on their beautiful celebration. Talk about wedding-day luck!
Once the ceremony wrapped up with tears, laughter, and so much love, everyone drifted over to the open-air cocktail hour surrounded by Marie Gabrielle’s gorgeous gardens as they sipped on signature drinks like old fashioned and espresso martinis.
When the dance floor opened the real party started! Julie even changed into the most fashion forward white jumpsuit and did a hairstyle switch as well. This girl….too cool. I loved her bride energy! Julie and Eric’s guests filled the floor, dancing under the soft evening glow, all surrounded by lush greenery that felt like a fairytale garden brought to life.
I love that they incorporated a live saxophonist. Every time he played, the whole atmosphere just ignited! People cheered, laughed, and swayed to his music, completely immersed in the joy of the moment. You could feel this electric energy that only happens when people are fully in the celebration with their hearts wide open.
Oh, and the cake! Julie and Eric decided to treat their guests to an array of flavors from Nothing Bundt Cakes. Each little bundt was as charming as it was delicious, and I saw more than a few guests go back for seconds…and thirds! It was a sweet ending to a day that felt like one happy miracle after another.
