Laura + Adam | Park Cities Presbyterian Church & Warwick Melrose Hotel Wedding

Ohhh friends, where do I even begin with Laura and Adam’s day at the Warwick Melrose Hotel?! From the very first moment I walked into the historic hotel, I knew this wedding was going to be one for the books. The hotel is so historic and charming, and it was the perfect setting for Laura and Adam’s first look. The way Adam lit up when he saw Laura—pure magic! Those quiet, joy-filled moments before the whirlwind of the day are always some of my favorites to capture.

After portraits around the hotel, we headed to Park Cities Presbyterian Church for their ceremony. Y’all, it was absolutely beautiful. You could feel how meaningful it was to them to be surrounded by their people in that sacred space. They were married by their very own paster who led them in their marriage counseling.

Once the “I do’s” were sealed with a kiss, it was back to the Warwick Melrose for an unforgettable evening! Laura and Adam joined their guests for cocktail hour, which I love because it gave them the chance to soak in all the hugs, laughter, and congratulations before the party really kicked off. And speaking of the party… Midtown 10 Band brought the energy!! The dance floor was packed all night long—no one wanted to sit down, and honestly, can you blame them?

But one of the show-stopping details of the day? The groom’s cake. Fancy Cakes by Lauren outdid herself with a life-size replica of Laura and Adam’s sweet pup. I’m not exaggerating when I say people stopped in their tracks to stare—it was THAT cool. Guests couldn’t stop taking pictures with it, and it added such a personal (and fun!) touch to the reception.

The night wrapped up with the most joyful sparkler exit, with friends and family lining the way, cheering the new Mr. and Mrs. on. And because the party didn’t stop there, Laura and Adam headed straight to the hotel bar for their after party to keep the celebration going.
