Jennifer & Michael’s Colorful Wedding at Brighton Abbey

Ohhh my goodness, friends — Jennifer and Michael’s colorful wedding at Brighton Abbey was absolutely amazing! When I think back to this day, I immediately think: color, joy, laughter, and a dance floor that did. not. stop.

This sweet couple originally dreamed of a romantic garden wedding outdoors — breezy florals, golden light, the whole fairytale. And we almost had it… until Texas decided to show up with a surprise cold front (classic 😅). But here’s the thing: it didn’t change a single ounce of joy.

Thanks to the stunning spaces inside Brighton Abbey and the insanely talented Anna Williams Events, everything was seamlessly moved indoors, and it felt cozy, intimate, and just as magical.

The Design: Bright, Bold & So Full of Life

If you know me, you know I love color — and Jennifer & Michael’s wedding had the prettiest bright florals and playful pops of color woven throughout their day.

Every detail felt so them — joyful, vibrant, and full of personality.
The bouquet? A work of art.
The tables? Floral happiness.
The whole vibe? A warm, sun-soaked garden brought indoors.

The Celebration

Once they said “I do” surrounded by their favorite people, it was time to celebrate — and oh WOW did their guests know how to party.

They treated everyone to a churro bar (yes… a churro bar… and yes, I was obsessed 🍩🔥) and the sweet treats did not stop there. It was the perfect complement to such a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

And let me just say…
Jeremiah Brinkley from It’s Your Night Entertainment absolutely lit up that reception. 🤩
He kept the energy high, the dance floor packed, and the smiles going alllll night long. I swear there wasn’t one moment where someone wasn’t dancing, laughing, or cheering. Truly chef’s kiss wedding energy.

It was the sweetest reminder that what makes a wedding beautiful isn’t the weather or the original plan — it’s the people and the love and the laughter in the room. Jennifer & Michael, thank you for trusting me to tell your love story. Your day was joy in its brightest form — and I am so grateful I got to be there.
