Denton Wedding Photographer | The Milestone Denton
Talk about a fun wedding day! Christina and Greg’s Fall Wedding at The Milestone Denton was nothing short of fabulous. Fabulous people, fabulous food and a fabulous surprise guest!!!
I first met Christina and Greg at their engagement session at the Crescent Court Hotel. If you haven’t checked out that blog — you should because they are totes adorbs. 🙂
My favorite moment is usually something sentimental but not today…those moments were great, don’t get me wrong…but it was so much fun to see the Dallas Stars Mascot make an appearance at the reception! How fun is that…he really pumped up the crowd. Such a memorable moment that I know I will never forget. As far as moments that really tugged on your heart strings – it had to be The Mother son dance where Greg’s mom sang to him as they danced and Christina dancing with all three of her uncles. I’m pretty sure there wasn’t a dry eye to be found.
Please enjoy some of my favorite images from Christina and Greg’s Fall Wedding at The Milestone Denton! Enjoy!

What was your Wedding Planning Experience like How did you feel, how did you handle any stress? Was it easier or more difficult than you first thought?
Wedding planning is more difficult that expected especially when you are juggling, work, searching where to live, and all the other things on your list. It’s easy with wedding planning to want to take full control of everything, but it’s important to also recognize when you can’t do everything on your own and you may need help. For me personally, a lot of my family or bridesmaids lived in a different state, so I really relied on Greg, the groom, to assist with certain things. This really helped to alleviate stress for me and in the midst of everything on our list to accomplish for the wedding we made sure to make time for one another and enjoy date nights to take a break from things.
Advice to Brides who are currently planning their Weddings
My advice to fellow Brides is to create a wedding specific email address where both yourself and the Groom can access it. This really helped us to stay organized and keep track of various vendors we were reaching out to. Creating subfolders within your email account allows you to also sort each vendor, so when you are needing to reference a cost or a vendors contact information it’s more easily accessible. By setting up ways to be organized in the beginning, this will benefit you down the line when the big day approaches.
What are three words you would use to describe the style of your wedding day?
Simple, Elegant, and Romantic.
