Kelly and Sam had their Fall wedding at Brake and clutch Warehouse and it is exactly what all our downtown wedding dreams are made of. Surrounded by their family and friends they pledged to be each other’s person for the rest of their life. Due to the storm coming in, the ceremony was dark and romantic with the candlelit chandeliers that hung above them draped in greenery. It was intimate and romantic.

Kelly and Sam also wanted to include their adorable pup, Hugo, into the wedding. He participated in portraits and even walked down the aisle with the ring bearer. Cue all the heart eyes…am I right???

At the reception, the couple danced the night away, sipped on signature drinks and treated their guests to a late night In-n-out burger! It was such a fun night celebrating Kelly and Sam! I have to give a huge shout out to Shannon from RK Weddings and Events for being a rockstar and making sure this day ran as smoothly as possible. Thank you for all your hard work.

From The Bride

What was your Wedding Planning Experience like How did you feel, how did you handle any stress? Was it easier or more difficult than you first thought?

We had a good amount of time to plan so I didn’t feel too stressed except in the beginning trying to book a venue. I think the best way to handle the stress is staying clear on your priorities. There are certain things I was not willing to budge on but others I realized I didn’t care that much about and just let go and decided not to stress about it.

Advice to Brides who are currently planning their Weddings

I would say to try to get as much done as soon as you choose your venue and date. You will feel so much better knowing all the big things are done and you can have more time to relax and enjoy your engagement.
