No matter who captures your wedding day at Kimberly Harrell Photo + Film, you’re guaranteed the same level of service and our same signature editing style. Through our Associate program, We know you will be in trustworthy hands and can ensure you receive our signature style photographs

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I GET AND WHEN WILL I GET THEM?
I don't have a set limit on the number of photos I provide, but as a general guideline, I aim for 75-100 images per hour for my services. For associate weddings, the range is typically 50-75 images per hour. Recognizing the excitement surrounding weddings, I offer sneak peeks within 24 hours or a week with my associate team. Additionally, I usually publish a blog post within 1-2 weeks, allowing you to share more wedding day memories with your loved ones. Couples can anticipate receiving their full galleries within 4-8 weeks.

HOW MANY HOURS DO I NEED?
In my 8 years as a full time wedding photographer, most people are good with 9-10 hours of wedding day coverage. If for some reason you think we need more time as the wedding day approaches, we can add additional coverage to your day. Typical coverage is from 1-10 pm or 2-11pm

What is your Shooting Style?
I combine art direction seamlessly with a subtle approach, allowing couples to fully relish their special day. During the initial part of the day, I focus on art direction to ensure that your photos display impeccable composition, lighting, and evoke a romantic editorial style. There are instances during the wedding where I need to take charge to ensure everything stays on track and on schedule. At other times, my presence should go unnoticed. Nevertheless, I always remain attentive to capturing those fleeting candid moments that will hold a cherished spot in your heart forever.

What if I am awkward in front of the camera?
I include a complimentary engagement session with all my wedding collections. This is so that I can teach my couples all my posing secrets and they don't need as much guidance on the wedding day. By the end of your engagement session--you'll be pros!
At the end of the day, I just want you to enjoy your day and know that I have your back and can make sure you look and feel your best!

Engagement Travel
We are more than willing to travel for engagement sessions (or weddings)! We actually love it when our couples ask us to photograph them in a location that means something special to them! We book engagement sessions at least three months in advance and include 60 miles of travel. If you would like to do a destination engagement, please reach out for a custom quote. Some of our favorites are NYC, Big Bend National Park and Colorado.
