When Isabella contacted me for a dance session at the Lumen room I have to admit I was a little nervous. This was my first attempt at dance photography, however, I had a blast and I am so thrilled with the outcome of her session! This shoot was so much fun, not only because of Isabella’s mad dance abilities but also because she was a previous student of mine and it was so special getting to see her in her element.
I met Isabella when she was in 6th grade and enrolled in my theatre class. I still remember her in our class play “Attack of the Pom Pom Zombies”. Let’s just say dancing is not her only talent…this girl can rock it onstage as well!
She is an amazingly talented dancer with a natural ability in front of the camera. Every dance move took multiple shots to perfect and she did so with grace and determination. I am so excited to be to shoot with her in the future and to see where life takes her. I am so thankful that our paths crossed and that I got to be a part of her journey.
