It was fresh, elevated, and full of personality.

Their outdoor ceremony was intimate and heartfelt, surrounded by loved ones and that perfect diffused glow from the clouds above. As guests transitioned into cocktail hour, the energy shifted into celebration mode with signature drinks that couldn’t have been more “them”—“Marry Me Margaritas” and “Vows & Vodka” shots (iconic, honestly).

And then there was the food—Blue Fire Total Catering absolutely delivered. Guests enjoyed incredible bites like blue crab appetizers and salmon bruschetta that had everyone going back for more. It was one of those cocktail hours where people linger, laugh, and savor every second.

The attention to detail throughout the day was so uniquely Nicole and Cavan. As two doctors, they incorporated the cutest escort display featuring RX-style prescriptions for seating assignments—creative, personal, and such a fun nod to their story.

When it came time for the reception, things truly took off. Michael with Signature Events TX kept the energy high from the very first song. The dance floor? Completely packed all night. The kind of night where you look around and think, how is everyone still going this hard? And somehow… they were just getting started.

One of the most memorable moments of the night was their private last dance in the ballroom. After hours of celebration, Nicole and Cavan shared one quiet, intentional moment together—soaking it all in before stepping back into the cheers of their family and friends.

Their grand exit was pure joy—guests waving white ribbons, laughter filling the air, and the two of them heading off to keep the celebration going at their after party (because of course they did).
